Me personally, when I was bored and didn't have internet access, I switched around the stages in the PC version, putting the stage files over each other and managed to make it so you can play the multiplayer exclusive secret stages in Tournament or Challenge Match. He also made a custom tournament set where you play Los Angeles, Moscow, Paris, Los Angeles: Roof Tops, Amazonia, NYC: Rooftops, Cyburbia, Holland, Florida: Suicide Swamp, and Hong Kong. Looks like he also made it so you can play against Dark Tooth in a Challenge Match, granted yes you can use the GameShark code that forces the game to set the first CPU player to be Dark Tooth, but he doesn't have his head, nor does he have a special or his napalm cones.
